The need for more women in leadership

We need more women in leadership for representation when decisions at the highest level are made, and to serve as role models for others.


For many reasons, women tend to drop off midway through their careers, resulting in fewer women in the pipeline for senior level positions.
But if we take concrete decisions today, we can work together to achieve a more balanced representation across all levels.
A concrete reason why this is important: according to reports, companies with a higher percentage of female executives tend to be more profitable – Peterson Institute.
